Job Tasks
Review a high volume of risk alerts in a fast-paced environment to identify potentially high-risk or suspicious merchant activity and protect the company from financial loss.
Make real-time decisions to determine when deeper investigation is required, recognize emerging fraud trends, and distinguish false positives.
Partner with Funding, Legal, Operations, Client Services, and other teams to support risk mitigation and fraud remediation efforts.
Communicate findings and recommended actions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
- Work independently and in a team environment & work efficiently in stressful situations.
- Be available to work weekends to review fraud alerts in real time to help protect the company against financial loss.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work alternative Saturday schedule
- Experience in Bank industry preferred
- Bilingual Spanish and or Korean is a big plus
