Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development: Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Sales Management: Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
- Market Strategy: Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
- Support & Coaching: Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
- Languages: Bilingual in Korean and English (Required).
- Experience: 5 years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.
- Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
