Same Day Clinic- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care Upper Front Street

Position Details Primary Department or Practice: UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street ----- We are seeking a board certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our UHS Upper Front Street Medical Center- Same Day Clinic Provider position. This is a busy, Family Medicine out-patient practice in a well-established office and we are looking for a Family Medicine provider to handle same day appointments and wellness visits as needed for infants to adult patients. This position is 100% outpatient. Office hours Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with no call.
