In this role, you will be a key partner to our field and operations teams, championing a strong safety culture and ensuring safe work practices across all job sites. Your work will help protect our team members, strengthen our safety programs, and support the continued growth of our organization.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong understanding of safety practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting safety training, inspections, and field evaluations
- The ability to communicate clearly and coach team members at all levels
- Problem solving skills with a proactive and solutions focused mindset
- Confidence leading conversations, delivering training, and supporting high risk work activities
- A commitment to promoting safe work habits and reinforcing a positive safety culture
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Support and oversee safety activities for the Greensboro location and nearby sites
- Conduct safety training for new hires and existing team members
- Perform site inspections to ensure safe work practices and proper PPE use
- Lead accident and incident investigations and complete required reports
- Assist with planning and monitoring high risk tasks such as crane lifts
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Partner with operations and field leadership to strengthen safe work habits
- Participate in safety meetings and support companywide safety initiatives
