Center Director
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ravenna, OH, for the position of Director at United Legacy Academy. The Director will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to staff, develop and execute educational and organizational strategies, and ensure alignment with the academy's values and goals. Responsibilities include managing resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

- Exceptional abilities in relationship building and collaborative teamwork
- Experience in educational program development or organizational strategy
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and operational standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- CDA Certification
- CRP Certification
- First Aide Certification
- Communicable Disease Certification
- Child Abuse and Neglect Certification
- Background check and Fingerprint for State of Ohio and FBI
- Proven experience in a managerial or directorial role, preferably in an educational setting
