Job Description: We are currently seeking Irrigation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for new irrigation system installations, as well as general service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of previously installed irrigation systems. Your expertise will ensure that irrigation systems are functional and efficient, contributing to the overall success of our landscaping services.
Responsibilities
- Perform new irrigation system installations and provide general service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair conventional and two-wire systems using specialized tools and devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair controllers, wire paths, decoders, wire connections and grounding
- Repair and replace rotor and spray heads, valves, and pipe breaks from ½” – 6”.
- Utilize blueprint knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
- Ensure adherence to production and maintenance schedules without compromising customer service or quality.
- Drive company vehicle to job sites and uphold safety standards.
- Prior experience in outdoor work such as landscaping, construction, lawn care, or similar field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity)
- Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a consistent attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
