Responsibilities
- Assist in pruning, trimming, planting, and transplanting trees and shrubs.
- Identify and treat tree diseases and pests.
- Participate in the installation of new plants, flowers, and shrubs.
- Implement landscape designs and plans, including reading blueprints.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping and arboricultural equipment.
- Collaborate with the Crew Leader and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Interest in arboriculture and landscape enhancement.
- Basic knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Willingness to learn and operate landscaping equipment, including heavy machinery.
