Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provide administrative support for Account Manager purchase order requests
- Compile and distribute weekly purchase order reports
- Prepare weekly payroll comparison and reconciliation reports
- Maintain accurate branch asset and equipment records
- Enter, track, and report daily field production data
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support branch operations
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Experience in a blue collar environment helpful.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the landscape or construction industry.
- Desired Skills: Familiarity with Aspire Landscape Management Software, Exactix, Supply Pro, or Vendor suite.
- Equivalent combinations of training and experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
