TITLE- Hiring highly experienced contract Oklahoma title landmen for long term work from home online. HBP mastery is a plus, but not required. Excel mastery is expected. Pay commensurate with experience/abilities/references.
LEASING- Hiring highly experienced contract Oklahoma leasing agent landmen for potentially long term work from home and in the field. Proven background of leasing success is Essential. Pay commensurate with experience/abilities/references.
IN HOUSE LAND TECH- Hiring an experienced contract Oklahoma land tech for potentially long term work , mostly in our home office In Edmond. Strong comfort with Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as excellent attention to detail is essential. Possessing a working basic knowledge of title, curative, diligence, and leasing is helpful. Duties would include, but are not limited to, preparing/processing Oil & Gas Leases, data management, curative, online research, etc. Pay commensurate with experience/abilities/references.
GENEALOGIST- Hiring an experienced genealogist to track down heirs, relatives, and neighbors of long deceased mineral owners. Part time to possibly full time from home or our office. Pay commensurate with experience/abilities/references.
