Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales, telemarketing, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs related to life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance products.
- Present compelling insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and benefits administration support.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, health insurance policies, life insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with clients on policy explanations, coverage options, and claims processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Life and Health Insurance Specialist with comprehensive knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or related sales roles with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems proficiency and Microsoft Office suite for effective sales administration.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance products.
