What You’ll Do
Workforce Partnership and Leadership
- Partner with regional and operational leaders to support workforce planning and organizational needs
- Support field leadership with workforce challenges, staffing alignment, and employee engagement
- Build strong relationships across field operations and office teams
- Lead employee relations investigations and corrective action guidance
- Coach managers on performance management, accountability, and documentation practices
- Support workforce retention and engagement initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring priorities and workforce readiness
- Support onboarding execution and early employee success initiatives
- Monitor workforce trends including retention and turnover
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and workforce documentation standards
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and HR operational consistency across regions
- Maintain accurate and organized workforce processes and records
- Support performance development and leadership coaching initiatives
- Lead and mentor regional HR support staff
- Reinforce a responsive, service-oriented People Operations culture
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, utility, or field-based operations preferred
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and workforce operations
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and workforce systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
- Building trusted partnerships with operational leadership
- Supporting workforce readiness and retention
- Creating consistent and compliant workforce practices
- Improving employee experience and manager support
- Leading with responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism
