- Upbeat & Positive: You have a vibrant, contagious energy and excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Reliable & Mobile: You must have a reliable personal vehicle (car/truck/SUV), a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel up to 2 hours for an event. (Occasional driving of the UHE team van or transporting event supplies in your personal vehicle may be required).
- Physically Active: Ability to lift and move 30 lbs for event setup. Able to Stand for hours at a time
- Available to work: Has 2-4 weekends open per month based on available events
