Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and encouragement, fostering a sense of independence and dignity
• Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
• Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• California Home Care Aide registration (background check may be needed)
• Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray results
