As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide (HCA), you will ensure client safety, offer companionship, and assist with essential nighttime routines. Whether you're supporting mobility, managing incontinence care, or providing a reassuring presence, you play a vital role in our clients’ well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Support with mobility, toileting, and incontinence care
- Monitor client safety and provide companionship
- Document activity and report concerns
- Light housekeeping or meal prep, as needed
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Active California Home Care Aide registration
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security, etc.)
- Competitive Pay: $20-$25/hr
