HIRING Caregiver Weekly Pay

United Home Care is looking for caregivers for older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
• Support meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and occasional linen changes.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation if required.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan and report any changes to the care team promptly.
• Ensure the client's comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience required
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client's schedule.
