Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Design and Marketing Strategist to join our Agent Support & Marketing team. This dynamic and detailed visual designer will create compelling, empathetic customer communications, alongside informative communications for our sales force. This position will produce and maintain assets that support operations and sales. The ideal candidate will understand the unique sensitivities of the life insurance and financial services sector while creating engaging materials that build trust and drive engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Development
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements
- Support operations by creating and amending forms, publications, brochures, and other industry documents
- Create compelling visual content for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Design presentation templates and sales support materials for field representatives
- Ensure all visual materials comply with insurance industry regulations, advertising, and company brand standards
- Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity across all touchpoints
- Research and analyze target market segments to inform messaging, positioning, and campaign development
- Collaborate with sales, agent support, and customer service teams to identify marketing opportunities and pain points
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing opportunities
- Establish brand messaging frameworks, marketing guidelines, and campaign performance benchmarks
- Support enablement across the entire entity by meeting design needs
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create social media content strategies that build community and trust
- Design graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms
- Develop email marketing templates and campaign graphics
- Optimize visual content for various digital channels and device formats
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in graphic design and content marketing, preferably in financial services or insurance industry
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After
Effects) - Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience with lean video production and motion graphics
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Keen eye for detail and digital organization

Salary : $65,000
