United Heritage Group (UHG) is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support core finance operations across multiple healthcare entities.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining payroll accuracy, documentation integrity, and audit-ready financial records. The position is execution-focused and operates within clearly defined internal controls and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support payroll and bonus verification processes
  • Maintain accurate financial logs and documentation

  • Track deposits, denials, and supporting records
  • Ensure consistent filing and audit readiness

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting support, payroll operations, or finance administration
