What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Assistant position at United Helpers?
We’re seeking a Finance Assistant to work at our United Helpers management facility.
The responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliations, auditing accounts payable, and reviewing financial statements. Proficiency with the company’s software and accurate data entry are required. Attending in-service programs is also necessary.
An associate’s degree in accounting is preferred but not required. Prior experience in accounting and data processing, ideally in healthcare would be beneficial. Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently on multiple tasks with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Excel and handling confidential materials responsibly is essential.

Salary for this position ranges from $19.42 to $21.36 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
