Social Worker: Full-time
9am-5pm Monday-Friday
United Hebrew Geriatric Center in New Rochelle is looking to add a Full-time Social Worker to our team of experienced professionals. As a Social Worker, you will provide essential services to residents and their families.

The main responsibilities of this role consist of assisting with admissions, discharges, scheduling care plan meetings, and completing assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- License strongly preferred
- Experience in long-term care a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of Social Work experience
- Available to work from 9am-5pm weekdays

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
