Responsibilities
- Perform painting, plastering, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing work
- Inspect building and grounds for repairs or replacements
- Respond to work orders and service calls promptly
- Prepare apartments for move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with snow removal, furniture moves, and event setups
- Maintain work areas and utility rooms in good order
- Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Respond to fire alarms and understand emergency protocols
- Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of building codes, life safety codes, and fire alarm systems preferred
Physical and Non-Physical Demands
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching

- Light work: up to 20 lbs frequently
- Medium work: up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Heavy work: up to 100 lbs as needed
- Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, fumes, and noise
