Building Service Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, plastering, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing work
• Inspect building and grounds for repairs or replacements
• Respond to work orders and service calls promptly
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and move-outs
• Assist with snow removal, furniture moves, and event setups
• Maintain work areas and utility rooms in good order
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Respond to fire alarms and understand emergency protocols
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned
