Location: Silverdale, WA and Float to (Gig Harbor, WA)
Pay Rate
- Local: $33/hr (within 50 miles)
- Traveler: $37/hr (50 miles from facility) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days 7AM- 7PM 12-hour shifts | 36 guaranteed hours per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Primary Unit: Telemetry (CNA/Sitter Duties)
- Division: Allied
- Care Setting: Acute Care
- Charting System: Epic
- License: Active Washington CNA License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years hospital CNA experience
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
- Orientation: 1 week (3 shifts including EPIC training)
- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required (Days: Sat/Sun | Nights: Fri/Sat)
- 36 hours per week (3x12s)
- Overtime available
- Block scheduling allowed; submit RTO during interview
- Floating:
- Will float as needed
- 2-hour notice for float assignments
- No mid-shift floating
- Common Duties:
- Primary: Sitter assignments
- CNA Duties: Vital signs, feeding, ambulation, hourly rounding, turning/positioning
- No catheter insertion, IV insertion, or EKGs required
- Patient Ratios: 1 CNA per 8-10 patients
- Scrubs: Any color, professional appearance required
- Mileage and tolls not reimbursed
- Must have a flexible attitude; program is newly launched and may be fluid initially
- Charge Nurse available on each shift; House Supervisor available 24/7 (except CAH sites)
- Holiday shifts required based on hospital need
