Education/Experience:
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of leadership experience either at supervisor, manager, or coordinator level.
- Three years of customer service experience
- Three years or more experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Previous experience in hospital/healthcare industry
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Knowledge of transportation management systems, regulations and safety standards
Minimum Required:
- Driver’s license
- CPR certification
