Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Chenango County. This fee-based position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality speech and language services to patients in their homes.
Shift and Hours
This role requires working a day rotational shift, with 40 hours per week. The salary range is $33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure that speech and language pathology services are delivered in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. This includes providing patient evaluations and treatment services, as well as associated clinical documentation. The individual must maintain specific service delivery standards that address commitment to service, customer satisfaction, ongoing evaluation of customer expectations, and integration with quality process.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship year candidate
Prior Experience
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Experience with dysphagia and neurogenic communication disorders preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- NYS license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CPR certification
