What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain job profiles in Workday, including job responsibilities and pay details.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure UHS compensation programs remain competitive.
- Participate in compensation surveys and assist in analyzing results.
- Support annual compensation programs, including performance management, salary increases, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership to evaluate pay structures and recommend improvements.
- Be part of a mission-driven organization deeply rooted in community.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Required:
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in healthcare preferred
Preferred:
- CCP Certification Compensation Professional
- Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)
