- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, enhancing overall agency growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and providing ongoing support.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products and expanding the customer base.
- Assist with benefits administration for clients by explaining coverage options, benefits packages, and policy benefits clearly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information.
- Develop multilingual communication skills to serve diverse populations effectively, fostering trust and understanding across different communities.
