Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule security personnel.
- Handle incident reports and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Train and evaluate guards.
- Coordinate with management and clients.
- Minimum 3 years of security experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Valid guard card/ and CA driver's license (California, BSIS).
- Must provide clean driving record.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- $22.00 per hour.
- Bi-weekly Schedule Pay.
