Account Manager / Customer Relationship Coordinator
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic skills, strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with location owners in the assigned region
- Responsible for frequently visiting locations within the assigned region or state of GA to provide check-ins and customer support
- Provide frequent compliance checks to assure that machines are up to code with all necessary signage and decals
- Mitigate any critical issues not limited to EFT questions, service complaints, game complaints, and make sure customers are getting best possible response and services from every department of United Gaming
- Learn new product / technology and provide basic training to customers
- Upkeep knowledge on popular games, GLC compliance requirements, county compliance for COAMs and advocate customers accordingly
- Multilingual will be considered strength, e.g.: English Spanish, English Hindi Gujarati, etc
