As a Service Technician, you’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring our valve automation systems perform flawlessly in the field. Your work will directly impact the safety, uptime, and productivity of our clients’ operations.
What you'll do:
- Install, calibrate, and commission automated valve assemblies at customer sites
- Perform start-up servives, maintenance and troubleshooting on pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs to guide installations and repairs
- Conduct on-site diagnostics using multimeters, pressure gauges, and control system interfaces
- Provide technical support and training to customer maintenance teams
- Document service activities, parts usage, and recommendations in detailed reports
- 3 years of experience in valve automation, industrial instrumentation, or related mechanical/electrical service work
- Strong knowledge of flow control valves, actuators, and positioners
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and calibration devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 50%)
