- Develops processes to systematically monitor and analyze industry and competitive trends in product pricing, internal pricing margins, and balance sheet objectives. Evaluates economic factors affecting product costs and pricing. Measures pricing competitiveness across Consumer and Business product lines using data from paid sources, independent research, and internal systems. T i m e: 25 %
- E valuates, develops, and enhances pricing processes including the communication, approval, and execution of pricing and product decisions for assigned loan, deposit, and ancillary products. Collaborates with Finance, Sales, IT and Product/Marketing leadership to ensure all pricing changes are completed accurately and promptly. Time: 2 5 %
- Delivers monthly product reporting, including dashboards, ALCO price change documentation, and departmental reports on product growth trends, performance, activation, and usage. Tim e : 2 0 %
- Builds portfolio and product-level insights. Identifies and analyzes gaps and opportunities. Assists with recommendations and coordinates the on-time delivery of approved efforts. T i m e: 1 0 %
- Participates in the development and execution of marketing product strategies. Time: 10%
- Assists with product life cycle management of assigned products including monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor product strategies, staying abreast of vendor and technology advancements and offerings, and maintains product plans. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy. Time: 5%
- Conduct analyses as necessary in support of key business metrics and strategic objectives. Time: 5%
