Summary : Key Requirements :
RC Taylor Warehouse team members are responsible for stocking, rotating and pulling orders.
When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management
Stocking, rotating and pulling orders
Performs other duties as requested or required by management
To assist my co-workers and help out in other areas as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Key Responsibilities :
Understand and speak English
Ability to work in fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours daily)
Ability to bend, squat and reach overhead with no difficulty
Ability to add, subtract and divide
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
Be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, standing, squatting, climbing, pulling, pushing and walking.
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
Maintain acceptable attendance as outlined in company policy
