FINANCE COORDINATOR
Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and processing transactions efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all customers and sales professionals in a friendly manner
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
- Ensure to review all orders with customers to maintain accuracy
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Communicate Guest requests to management.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-year experience of cash handling experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
- Successful candidate must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office
- The ability to learn new programs and systems easily
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Most all of the time is spent sitting, standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
