Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for welding
- Operate welding machines, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise and high-quality welds
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper function and cleanliness
- Follow all company safety protocols and participate in regular safety training
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in other metal fabrication tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required; AWS welding certification or technical training preferred
- Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and welding equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety regulations and procedures
