Requirements

Assemble sub-assemblies and stage for final assembly
Assist with powder coating products to ensure durability and longevity
Prepare raw materials for production, including measuring and cutting materials
Inspect finished products for quality assurance to ensure they meet customer specifications
Maintain detailed production records and complete necessary documentation
Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Ensure a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards
Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to optimize efficiency
Assist with cross-functional tasks
Other Duties as assigned.
Previous Experience In a Manufacturing Or Assembly Environment Preferred
Ability to follow blueprints, specs, and written instructions
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work while maintaining a high level of quality
Ability to lift assemblies up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Eagerness to learn new skills and support cross-functional tasks
Work Environment And Conditions
The Production Assembler works in a production environment with exposure to tools, machinery and assembly equipment. The role involves standing, lifting, bending and handling assemblies for most of the shift. This role requires manual dexterity to assemble the product. PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed footwear, is required in designated work areas. This is a physically active role that requires teamwork, flexibility and a attention to quality.
