Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding
- Support Microsoft 365 services
- Deploy and maintain endpoint devices
- Follow IT policies and security standards
- Identify recurring issues and improvements
- Demonstrates professionalism and accountability
- Takes ownership of tickets through resolution
- Communicates clearly with users and team
- Maintains accurate documentation
- Prioritizes effectively in fast-paced environment
- Escalates and collaborates appropriately
- Follows security and compliance standards
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and/or relevant work experience will be considered1'3 years helpdesk or customer support experience
