Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle ERP projects with a focus on manufacturing, production planning, and shop-floor integration.
- Partner with industrial engineering and operations teams to translate manufacturing workflows into optimized ERP processes.
- Improve production efficiency through ERP-enabled process redesign, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and reporting.
- Oversee data migration for BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory, and financial data.
- Lead testing, training, and documentation for production, engineering, and accounting users.
- Ensure ERP workflows support traceability, audit requirements, and operational metrics.
