CNA responsibilities
assist patients in their homes with all daily activities under the instruction of the RN Case Manager. These activities include everyday living. To include but not limited to
housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility. Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care.
Requirements
Must have an active, Certification/License required by the state= CNA, Professional Liability Insurance, and a 2-step PPD.
