What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed treatments in patients’ homes
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
- Educate patients and families about health management and wellnes
- Valid RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Experience in home health or hospice preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and current CPR certification
Salary : $40
