Exciting Web Design Coordinator Opportunity (Temp-to-Hire) – Join our team, contribute your creativity, and grow into a permanent role!"Web Marketing CoordinatorThe Web Marketing Specialist will develop and implement the company's web-based marketing strategy to promote the company's brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate sales attributable to online strategies. Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneReports to the Director of Design Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company's website(s).Designs and develops all web properties; coordinates content creation with the inside marketing team; collaborates with outside web developers and design teams as needed; oversees all aspects of the company's web presence.Develops and expands the company's web presence through Search Engine Marketing, email marketing, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes the company brand through these channels.Implements, maintains, and revises online marketing and email campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.Manages social media presence, creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).Improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in web development, email marketing, and online marketing.Assists with budget preparation for the marketing department.Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:Good knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with HTML, PHP, and web design, WordPress, HubSpot, and associated pluginsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience:Associate degree in marketing-related disciplines such as graphic design, web development, communications, or a related field preferredOne to three years of related experience preferred Company DescriptionAt United Employment Solutions, we have a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued, alongside opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.
