If you enjoy solving technical challenges, programming complex parts, and contributing to engineering innovation, this position is for you.What You’ll DoAs a CNC Machinist:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and mills (vertical and horizontal).Perform on-the-floor C-code programming and adjust processes for optimal performance.Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Inspect machined components to verify dimensional and quality requirements.As a CNC Application Engineer:Develop and optimize CNC programs using MASTERCAM and C-code.Design and build custom work-holding fixtures and tooling.Complete time studies and generate clear process documentation.Use SolidWorks to design tooling, gauges, and engineering models.Lead turnkey projects from initial setup to full production release.Recommend cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories based on application needs.Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain top-tier standards.What We’re Looking ForRequired:2 years of CNC machining experience.Strong proficiency in C-code programming and CNC machine operation.Experience with multi-axis lathes and mill-turn machines.Solid knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MASTERCAM.Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.Preferred:Experience in aluminum door and window manufacturing.Familiarity with window machining centers (Elumatec, FOM, Emegi).Compensation & GrowthEntry-Level CNC Machinist: $25/hr.Experienced (3 years): $27–$30/hr.Temp-to-Hire: Clear pathway to long-term employment and career growth.Why You’ll Love Working With UsBecome part of a forward-thinking manufacturing environment where innovation, precision, and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.
