Schedule
Training Schedule (1st Shift):
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Regular Schedule (2nd Shift):
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor thermoforming and paper cup production machines
- Work with conveyors and automated production lines
- Operate trimming and cutting equipment to finish plastic products
- Assist with product handling and production flow management
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records and report defects or equipment issues
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- English fluency required; Korean language skills are a plus
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. as needed
- Safety First-Willingness to wear required PPE, including hair nets, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing and production facility with regular exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production noise. Safety is a top priority, and all required protective equipment is provided.
