Regional Manager | 2 Plants | Asphalt Emulsion Experience
Asphalt Plant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a Liquid Asphalt Plant. They oversee the production of asphalt, ensuring that it meets quality standards. Manage the plant's inventory, staff, and equipment.
Specific duties and responsibilities of an Asphalt Plant Manager may include:
- Overseeing the production of asphalt, ensuring that it meets quality standards
- Managing the plant's inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Scheduling and overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment
- Hiring, training, and supervising plant staff
- Enforcing safety and environmental regulations
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Reporting to upper management on the plant's performance
Qualifications and requirements for an Asphalt Plant Manager typically include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in the asphalt industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes and quality control procedures
- Experience with plant equipment and maintenance
