United Employment Associates (UEA) is seeking a Client Research and Candidate Marketing Specialist to identify potential clients and introduce strong candidates to the right employers.
Working closely with the recruiting team, this person will research prospective employers, identify key contacts and coordinate targeted outreach to generate new client opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research companies by market, location and business focus to build complete, accurate lists of potential clients.
- Learn what each company does, where it operates and how a candidate’s experience fits its business.
- Identify the appropriate decision-makers and verify names, titles, business email addresses and phone numbers.
- Prepare concise candidate summaries and conduct targeted email and LinkedIn outreach in coordination with the team.
- Manage follow-up, track responses and share interested employers and potential search opportunities with the recruiting team.
- Maintain accurate company, contact and outreach records in the CRM system; check existing records before adding new ones.
- Coordinate candidate availability, target companies and outreach with the recruiting team while protecting candidate confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong research skills and persistence in finding accurate company and contact information.
- Clear business writing, organization and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using LinkedIn, company websites, spreadsheets and contact databases.
- Recruiting support, sales support, marketing or business research experience is helpful.
Success in this role means accurate research, relevant outreach and qualified client conversations that help the team create placements and develop new business.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
