Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our human resources team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll-related questions.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years of HR experience (HR Generalist or similar role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and regulations.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
