This role will be responsible for the inbound and outbound servicing of new and established accounts in English and Spanish. The Sales Center Consultant will work in a team environment, serving various customer channels to generate revenue growth and enrich the customer experience.
Qualifications:- Must be 21 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree, or 1 year of sales work experience, or 6 months of previous beverage sales experience
- Ability to secure and maintain a State Alcohol Sales Permit in accordance with state laws
- Spanish speaking language skills, preferred
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers telephonically, as well as online and through other means of technology to guide purchases
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information promptly
- Increase sales and average order size using cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sale items
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and quantities
- Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns
- Educate customers about products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Setup and maintain electronic customer files
- Present a professional demeanor at all times to customers and vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
