Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university; Two to three years related experience and/or training in a healthcare related field or provider coordinator role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience

RESPONSIBILIITES
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of United Digestive, its regional offices, and ways of working in order to assist with candidate inquiries.
- Maintains a detailed applicant tracking system (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage the physician recruitment pipeline.
- Responsible for the administrative tasks for Physician and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) recruitment in arranging and coordinating all aspects of candidate visits, including interview scheduling, travel reservations, creating itineraries, meal reservations, community tours, relocation consulting and other tasks as related to candidate visits.
- Assist in communication and coordination of appointments for various interview and pre-employment activities in partnership with subject matter expert departments (i.e., Human Resources) on activities such as onboarding, payroll setups and immigration.
- Provide support to help facilitate on-site interviews with PM, MDs, APPs
- Assist and attend candidate onsite visits as needed, ensuring a positive and organized experience.
- Partner with the Senior Director to plan and coordinate conferences, conventions, and recruitment-related events.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to coordinate fellowship dinners and maintain relationships with Chief Fellows across programs
- Manage provider recruitment credit card transactions, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of all candidate visit-related expenses.
- Serve, in partnership with the Senior Director, as the primary liaison between recruitment, HR, credentialing, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Participate in the bi-weekly Provider Class calls to ensure new hires are on track with credentialing and pre-boarding tasks.
- Develop and oversee Provider Recruiting workflows to ensure seamless transitions from offer acceptance through start date and post-start communication.
- Performs reference checks and expense reports.
- Responsible for ensuring staffing notifications and credentialing templates are completed in a timely manner to facilitate the activities associated with joining United Digestive.
- Assists with job posting requests including online career boards, journals, social media, and other outlets as identified.
- Creates and prepares candidate welcome packets, and orders candidate welcome gifts.
- Prepares CME certificates quarterly for the APP team.
- Works with provider recruitment on marketing plans for physician and APP opportunities.
- Using the “high priority action list” developed by leadership, implement the prioritization and timeline of recruitment needs.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
