What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Greet every visitor—whether in person, by phone, or email—with warmth and positivity, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests while living our “Serve selflessly with the highest integrity” value.
• Receptionist Duties: Own the front desk, directing customers to training areas, managing check-ins/outs, and keeping the space clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Administrative/Clerical: Keep us on track by updating customer records, processing reservations and billing with precision, and tackling tasks like scanning and filing.
• Education/Training Support: Welcome a diverse crowd—civilians to pros—to our state-of-the-art facility, answering questions about handgun, rifle, and shotgun programs to ignite their training journey.
• Fitness Mindset: Bring high energy and enthusiasm, like a fitness coach, to a tactical setting, empowering customers to build skills and confidence as they defend themselves.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guide them to the right department or person.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk area tidy, stocked, and organized.
• Process inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Check customers in/out, ensuring accurate reservations and billing.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Coordinate with team members to meet customer needs seamlessly.
• Handle clerical tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing) with care.
• Uphold UDT policies and a professional demeanor at all times.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience—think gym desks, tactical ranges, or busy offices.
• Top-notch communication and multitasking skills for a bustling environment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and office tools (computer, scanner, etc.).
• A positive, proactive attitude—bonus if you’re passionate about firearms or self-defense!
• Availability for 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling offered).
