POSITION OVERVIEW:
The analyst will work daily with our stores, Category Management, and logistics/distribution teams to ensure our locations are in stock with 3rd party vendor and UDF delivered products. The analyst will create and analyze reporting to assist the Marketing department with business decisions regarding product distribution, pricing, and forecasting.

The analyst will create and analyze reporting to assist the Marketing department with business decisions regarding product distribution, pricing, and forecasting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Ordering Manager on data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
- Resolve support calls from stores and wholesale accounts.
- Support multiple initiatives from Category Managers related to:
- Products
- Product Distribution
- Promotions
- Program implementation
- Facilitate the purchasing and distribution of supplies to stores.
- Measure product demand and prepare forecasts based on order data.
- Support purchasing, production, or inventory management to ensure orders can be fulfilled.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of convenience store management experience
- Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Ability to distill data into insights & actions
- Previous experience managing small to medium-sized interdepartmental projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of key retail KPIs / metrics
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.
- Must be well-organized and able to coordinate multiple priorities, tasks and requests.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook OR willingness/ability to learn quickly.
- 10 Key by touch
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with PDI or other ERP/ordering systems
