As a Receptionist/Administrative Asisstant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You'll work closely with our agents, auctioneers, and clients, providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with marketing efforts.
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Prepare and maintain property files and auction documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Support marketing efforts including social media posts and flyer creation
- Data entry and database management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, and mail distribution
- Maintain client and customer confidentiality
- Other related duties as assigned
