JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Supervisor in Training Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and materials on active bridge construction projects.

Participate in project survey to gain understanding of layout techniques and field measurements.

Learn to read and interpret bridge plan sets and other technical documentation.

Observe and support the enforcement of project health and safety protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Gain hands-on exposure to general bridge construction practices.

Work with experienced supervisors to understand the leadership and management of crew members on site.

Attend project meetings and contribute to planning and execution strategies.

Students who successfully complete this internship and return for an additional summer internship will have the opportunity to choose a career track based on their interests and strengths—either continuing along the Supervisor path (focused on field leadership and crew management) or transitioning into the Project Management path (focused on planning, coordination, and administrative oversight).
